July 2014 – CHAP Field Trip

Join us on July 19th as we explore Eckleys’ Miner Village.

We will embark on a walking tour of the village at 10am. The tour will take about an hour and a half covering a distance of 1 1/2 miles, mostly outdoors. Following the tour, you are free to walk about the village yourself and watch a video at the visitors center. The cost is $5/person, under 3 is free. If your family has a PA Heritage Foundation Membership your admission is free but there is a $2/person charge for the walking tour.

To sign up for this trip email fieldtrips@chaponline.com. Include your name, number attending, children’s ages and cell phone number in your email. You will then receive a confirmation email with more details. The deadline for signing up is July 10, 2014.
