2014 Silent Auction
The Silent Auction in its third year and is bigger and better than ever! God has blessed this addition to the CHAP Convention and we pray it has been a blessing to you all as well.
CHAP is currently gathering items for the 2014 Silent Auction. If you know a business that would like to donate to the Silent Auction please contact Sam Furches at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHAP is looking for a volunteer to assist Sam with some administrative duties for the Silent Auction. If you possess excellent organizational skills, CHAP would greatly benefit from your help. Please contact Tami at email@example.com if you are interested.
Here’s how the Silent Auction works:
1. Plan to stop by the Silent Auction area in the Northeast Hall, next to the Used Curriculum Sale and choose from over one hundred items to bid on (vacation packages, free lessons of all sorts, home goods, curriculum, educational toys, gift certificates and much, much more).
2. Bidding hours are between 8 am Friday, May 9th through 1:30 pm Saturday, May 10th.
3. Come back to the Silent Auction area at 2:30 pm Saturday, May 10th and check the bid sheets and look for the highlighted highest bid to see if you’ve won.
4. Present Photo ID to claim your item and pay via cash, check or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Detailed auction items will be provided shortly. Make sure you’re on our mailing list to receive the CHAP e-newsletter with Convention updates and information about all CHAP events! Click here to sign up today! http://www.chaponline.com/chapenews/
